At Nidharshana Sarees, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all sarees remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team via email with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Carefully pack the saree in its original box and include the invoice; our logistics partner will conduct a brief physical inspection during the pickup process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
