Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our sarees worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and will be calculated automatically at the checkout page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or differs from the description. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. Domestic deliveries usually take 3-7 business days, while international shipments may take 10-15 business days depending on customs clearance.
Are the colors of the sarees accurate in the photos?
We strive to represent colors accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to digital photography lighting or your monitor's display settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
